These workouts are designed to meet you where summer life happens — busy schedules, vacations, kids home, BBQs, and all. Every workout is short, effective, and programmed with variety (AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Rounds for Time) so you can move, sweat, and feel strong without wasting a single minute.

Nutritional Guidelines for Summer of Dumbbells:
This is a maintenance-style program — we’re not pushing aggressive fat loss or bulking phases here. Instead, think fuel to perform, not restrict to survive.
We're looking at eating around 13-15x your body weight in calories with protein around .7 to 1g per lb of body weight.
Hydration: Summer heat + workouts = higher fluid needs. Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces daily (or 100oz, whichever is LESS), more if you’re outdoors.
Keep meals simple, fresh, and seasonal — think lean proteins, colorful produce, quick carbs, and easy-prep options.
