What are the goals of the program? The goals of this program are to teach you to ab wheel movements, increase your core strength, & tone your body.
How to schedule the program into a week? You should schedule an ab wheel workout into your workout programming at least 2-3x/week.
These can be done stand-alone, but I recommend adding one of these workouts to the end of your main training set of the day for optimal results.

What do I need to participate in this program? To participate in this program, you will need an ab wheel, & perhaps a mat to reduce pressure on your knees.
What is the proper form using the ab wheel? Proper form using the ab wheel includes bracing your navel to your spine (activating your lower abdomen), keeping your head down, & never allowing your ears to go lower than your biceps at full extension.
