What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is to familiarize you with ring strength movements, and progress your total body strength like a gymnast.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
You will get the best outcome of this program, by completing the exercises with focused, tight form, & by pairing your training with a well-balanced caloric deficit meal plan.
How to schedule the program into a week?
These workouts will be sufficient by themselves, & the off days should be used for additional training for cardio/core/recovery.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need a set of rings, & potentially a box to recreate near ground-level ring height.
