- As you raise your legs, reach your fingers toward your shins and raise your upper body off the floor
- Slowly lower yourself back and try not to use momentum

V-ups

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

(R/L equals 1 rep)

Mountain climbers

- Pull your knee toward your chest while rotating your upper torso 
- Bring your opposite elbow to your knee 
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Focus on engaging your core

(R/L equals 1 rep)

Bicycle crunches

- Lay on your back, hands at your sides 
- Raise your legs off the ground until straight up
- Lower them, stopping just short of them resting

Lying leg raises

- Elbows under shoulders and hands out front
- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time
