What are the goals of the program? To get your body moving, if your doctor has okayed you to workout, so that your postpartum recovery will be easier and your baby will be as healthy as possible!
How to schedule the program into a week? It will only take 20 - 30 minutes to do these exercises. You can do them whenever you feel you have the energy. Listen to your body though and don’t force yourself to exercise if you need rest.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Pregnancy - second and third trimester
What do I need to participate in this program? Needed: water, yoga mat or soft ground, chair
Optional but recommended: dumbbells, stability ball, pilates ring (all can be found in my insights tab under Amazon favs)
