How to schedule the program into a week?
It will only take 20 - 30 minutes to do these exercises. You can do them whenever you feel you have the energy. Listen to your body though and don’t force yourself to exercise if you need rest.

I would prefer a real time video. With instructor talking me through workout and sweating with me.

There are no instructions on the prober way to perform movement, or which muscle is being targeted.
