Sarah I am adding to the goals you helped me set for the rest of the year. I want to see how deep I can take a split. I’m nowhere close, but this will put my discipline, will, and habits to the test. I may not reach it, but as you know I like setting the bar high because you may realize just how far you’ve come. Progress, not perfection!💗

No even close to doing the splits yet but hopefully progress slowly towards that goal

Ok truthfully I am nowhere close to being able to do a full split…yet! These were a little taxing, but I got through them. Nothing great is built in a day, and I’m excited to see how far I can push myself with your guidance Sarah!!!
