okay honesty hour....didn’t have time to finish.... BUT i don’t think i’ve ever sweated so fast just from those first 2 supersets 🥵🥵 my legs are definitely shaking just from what i was able to get done.

I did this workout yesterday. It was great ! Every workout is so different. It keeps me motivated ! Today I feel my hamstrings, quads and calves … all in a good way ! I know I am getting results !!!!
