Being real and raw with you all as I know you will be with me and it’s not just a 1 way street, ladies !! 

You have options :

1. You can record a video like I did here (quality of video may show more details on your body which is a great thing when comparing before and after photos)

2. You can also have a timer set on your phone and take photos. Or have some take them for you BUT I do recommend you setting your phone up so the angle and distance are super consistent 

** these aren’t necessary, but they do factor in the final winners as usually I narrow down to 10 amazing transformations and then it comes down to the little things such as these **
