Wooooo!!! I missed you Sam!!!! I had to take a little break from the S&B challenge - 3 weeks ago I injured my hand (I was bit by a dog ๐Ÿ˜ข) so I had very limited use of my hand and for the first several days my entire arm. I did still do some exercises that focused on other parts of the body and were low impact over the last few weeks but the meds I had to take and the stress from the incident (and the election) were just making me feel off so overall I took it very easy and just let my body heal. I of course watched you on IG and you kept me motivated and positive - was even able to do some of your workout challenges you posted. Today I got back in your app and picked up in the S&B challenge right where I left off. I was moving a little slower and could definitely feel my left arm struggling a lot more and I had to make some modifications since my hand is still healing but I stuck with you and I did it!!! Feeling strong again and ready to take on the rest of this year!! THANK YOU for being you and all the positive energy you put out to us and leading by example. It is beyond appreciated! โค๏ธโค๏ธ
