All levels welcome, modifications will be shown
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Focus on less breaks and more work. If you desperately need a break please take it and jump back in when your ready.
What are the goals of the program?
Goals for this challenge is to stay consistent and focus on your form. Donโ€™t rush, take your time and you will do amazing. When you take your time and focus on form, you will build endurance and muscle strength.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is around 20-25 minutes. Not including warm up and cool down. With a warm up and cool Down it would be around 35-40 minutes.
