Warm Up: Foam Roll, upper body warm up and activation routine A or B from app.
1. Bench Press: 5S/5R [+1-2 Warm up sets]
2. Floor Press [Legs extended]: 6-8S/30 seconds [30 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 6-8 sets]
Compound Set:
3. Supinated Grip Unsupported Chest Press: 3S/8-10R [2 seconds pause at the bottom and top of each rep]
4. Feet Elevated High Plank Shoulder Taps: 3S/1 minute
Compound Set:
5. 1.5R Pronated Grip Machine Chest Fly: 3S/8-10R [1.5R= 1R]
6. Seated Dumbbell Low Fly: 3S/15R
Burnout: 3-5 rounds, no rest between rounds
7. Bear Crawl: 30 seconds
8. Hand Release Push Ups: 30 seconds
