Happy Thursday! Week 4 of 6 (week 7 optional deload/play week) Goal of Split: This split combines strategic supersets, varied rep ranges, and progressive overload to build strength, muscle, stability, and endurance simultaneously. Primary compound lifts stay consistent to track measurable progress over time, while accessory pairings change to challenge muscles through different functions, positions, and fatigue states. Expect everything from heavy strength work to high-rep endurance sets, creating a balanced approach that develops not only stronger muscles, but stronger movement patterns.
