Happy Friday! DELOAD WEEK This is a programmed deload week. This means the workouts will be simple and efficient. Please use this week to fully recover before we jump into a new split! If you are new to a deload week, here are some tips you can use as you approach each training day: - cut a set or 2 per each movement - lighten your load by 50-60% for each movement - you may choose to skip training days to focus on light movement like stretching, yoga, or walking/low intensity cardio if you wish. Pre Training Mobility and Warm Up: please use the warm up and activation exercises listed or choose appropriate warm up from the “Warm Up and Activation” bubble in the app. [previous warm ups can all be found here] Tap the ‘start now’ button to find the training day overview.
