Happy Sunday! This is the last day before the challenge begins tomorrow! I am choosing to use this day as a rest day but have uploaded one of my favorite full body amraps for those of you who are feeling good and would like to move at little. Be sure to adjust weight accordingly if you are choosing to train today so you feel ready to roll tomorrow!
