4 months ago I couldnโ€™t do inverted rows... Today I was able to do them WITH a band!!! And the control I had for push ups ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค so dang proud. The programming absolutely works if you stick to it and put in the effort to get better. Appreciate you!!!
