Happy Thursday! DELOAD WEEK This is a programmed deload week. This means the workouts will be simple and efficient. Please use this week to fully recover before we jump into a new split! If you are new to a deload week, here are some tips you can use as you approach each training day: - cut a set or 2 per each movement - lighten your load by 50-60% for each movement - you may choose to skip training days to focus on light movement like stretching, yoga, or walking/low intensity cardio if you wish. There is something truly magic about this split. My progression in this split exceeds any thus far. My leg stamina today was incredible with the higher reps, which is something I have really wanted to improve. One of my top three splits ever and definitely saving for myself to repeat 💗
