Using a home gym I felt like the modifications for the early heavy sets were just insufficient to get a good workout. However, the last the last two sets more than made up for this! Iโ€™ll use different mods next time. Just though it was a lot of setup for the modifications and elevated hip thrusts which pushed this to about 70min.
