So hard to decide if this or back day was my favorite of the week! I’ve been so excited to have biceps as a primary, which felt incredible, and the activation core work was so stabilizing 💕

How can I swip within the set circuit? When I want to go to the next exercise in the circuit it take me to the next circuit? What am I doing wrong?
