These week as a whole, I felt every day my muscle activation was so much better! For example, today I could really feel my core engage in the cable crunches and dead bugs so much better! This has been the case all week for all areas!

Loved it today! So much activation 🔥💗. Especially enjoyed the elevated reverse lunge.

First day back in the gym & this was a great workout to start with. I also loved the ab workout in the end!
