My whole posterior alignment felt so right today! I’ve never felt so correct and connected in my RDL and Good Mornings form! This split has been so beneficial for me 🥰 Feeling amazing!

Great workout!! Unfortunately I can't superset adduction or abduction machines if it's with another machine because they are so popular!
