3A. Seated Barbell Good Morning: 4S/6-8R
3B. Banded Single Leg Hyperextension: 4S/8-10R each side
Triset:
4A. Banded Bench Reverse Hypers: 3-4S/15R
4B. Stationary Barbell Curtsy Squat: 3-4S/10-12R each side
4C. Long Step Walking Lunges: 3-4S/8-10R each leg [knee drive]
