Front Squat: 5S/4-6R [+1-2 warm up sets] Triset: 2. Heels Elevated Close Stance Back Squat: 4S/5R [5 second eccentric] 3. Deficit Split Squat: 4S/6-8R each side [3 second pause at the bottom of each rep] 4. Adduction Machine: 4S/10R drop 10R drop 10R Compound Set: 5. Banded [assisted] Sissy Squat: 3S/10-12R 6.
