Was sick and dying last week and so happy to lift today. This was just what I needed to get my blood moving and I finally hit heavy deadlifts with no knee pain

Between the pull-down variations and motorcycle rows, this workout was Lat Central, and I loved every second of it!! Saving this one to do again for sure 💪🥰
