2/24 Training Day Overview:
Suggested Accessory Equipment: Large Loop band.
Warm Up: Foam Roll, 10-15 mins steady state
1. Barbell Back Squat: 6S/2-4R [2 warm up sets]
2. Banded Barbell Romanian Deadlifts: 5S/10R [every 30 seconds]
Compound Set:
3. Banded or Weighted Glute Focused Hyperextensions: 3S/1R + 20R [10 second hold at the top of the first rep, steady tempo on your last 20R
4. Landmine Curtsy Lunge with Knee Drive: 3S/8-10R each side [2 second hold at the top of each rep]
Compound Set:
5. Lying Hamstring Curls: 3S/5R drop 5R drop 5R [triple drop set, every set]
6. B Stance Barbell Good Morning: 3S/6-8R each side [3 second eccentric each rep]
7. X Band Monster Walk: 1S/1 Minute
8. Burnout Challenge: Kneeling Banded Hip Thrust: 1S/Failure
