Week 7 [DELOAD]
This is a programmed deload week. This means the workouts will be simple and efficient. Please use this week to fully recover before we jump into a new split! If you are new to a deload week, here are some tips you can use as you approach each training day:
- cut a set or 2 per each movement
- lighten your load by 50-60% for each movement
- you may choose to skip training days to focus on light movement like stretching, yoga, or walking/low intensity cardio if you wish.
Use this week wisely and celebrate all you have accomplished over the last 6 weeks!
