I love how much emphasis is put on low back strength on these hammy days. It’s been so essential to my progress! Also, those reverse hypers always surprise me with that burn factor ❤️🔥

Freaking amazing! Dead! One question is when it lists 2 movement and says Compound Set, should we be doing those as a superset or do all three rounds of first movement and then all 3 rounds of second movement ?
