12/24 Training Day Overview:
Warm Up: Full body warm up and activation routine from app.
Instruction: Todays full body workout is broken up into 3 separate giant sets. Each giant set has a time cap listed below. The goal is to get through as many rounds as possible within the time frame given. Reps for each movement are also written below, next to each movement. Rest minimally within each giant set, but rest 2-3 minutes between each giant set.
Giant Set 1: 20 Minutes
1. Wall Walk: 4R
2. Table Top Wall Step Up: 6R total
3. Table Top Wall Burpee: 8R
4. Crunches [Feet pressed against wall]: 20R
Giant Set 2: 15 Minutes
5. Decline push up to feet elevated pike press: 4R of each
6. Burpee Box Hops: 6R
7. Bench Hop: 10R each side
Giant Set 3: 10 Minutes
8. Deadmill: 30 seconds
9. Air Squats: 15R
10. Butterfly sit ups: 20R
