Week 1 of 6 week split [week 6 will be a programmed deload week]
Overall Goal: 6 weeks focused on hypertrophy, addressing underactive muscle groups, and busting through plateaus. We will be using pre exhaust techniques to address hard to target and stabilizing muscle groups prior to primary compound movements to help activate and excite muscle groupings that may be underactive during compound movements. By doing so we are hoping to see greater and safer strength output when it comes to power in primary movements (and accessories). We will be particularily focused on mind muscle connection through slower tempos and holds and moderate rep ranges. Our goal is an enhanced focused muscle activation that produces hypertrophy and strength gains. Optional core for each day can be applied at the start or finish of each training day.
