Happy Thursday! Week 12 of 12 week split *12 weeks broken into 4 week micro cycles* Goal of micro cycle 3: weeks 9-12: We will finish off this split with a heavy focus on strength building. Each training day will be centered around our primary barbell compound movements. Our accessory work will work synergistically with our strength building focus, while concentrating on maintaining the symmetry and hypertrophy gains we have improved on for over the last 8 weeks. Prioritize recovery and listen to your body as we begin to push boundaries with heavier loads and lower rep ranges. *our primary movements will progress/change each micro cycle. The progress I have for front squats and bench press and pretty much everything is amazing. Thank you Sam for the thoughtful and intentional programs. I really appreciate how every part of the program is working towards something and I see that in my progress. 💙

Joined a new gym this week that has top of the line equipment including a pendulum squat machine and it’s so awesome. Can’t wait to see what y’all have in store!

Wasn’t sure about the hack lunges at first but so glad I stuck with them. Bench has been stagnant but front squat going up!! Thank you for such a unique and thoughtfully designed split these last 12 weeks.
