The new format is difficult to do with my group at the gym. Takes as long to watch the videos and figure out what to do as it does to do it. Trying to ge the most effective workout in the shortest amount of time. Felt like a time waster.

Didn’t feel as fatigued at the end as I usually do. Definitely gotta work on those pull ups! Consistently my weakest exercise of the week. Excited for a new split!
