Oh my gosh squats are feeling soooo good and stable. I am shocked 😭 it's always been a mental battle with my squats so I'm really happy hehe.

The weighed to unweighted lunges and calf raises felt so freeing!! Favorite part of today and probably favorite quad day of this split!
