1/25 Training Day Overview:
Suggested accessory equipment: large loop band [for assisted pull ups, if needed]
Warm up: foam roll, 10 mins steady state cardio
1. Pull Ups: 4S/6-8R [1-2 warm up sets, assisted to modify, weighted for difficulty]
2. Landmine Close Grip Row: 5S/20R, 15R, 12R, 8R, 5R
Compound Set:
3. Floor Barbell Pullover: 3S/6-8R [3 second eccentric each rep]
4. Dumbbell Spider Curls: 3S/8-10R [1-2 sec hold at the top of each rep]
Compound Set:
5. Extra Wide [serratus anterior] Lat Pulldown: 3S/5R [5 second holds at the top of each rep] + 5R [steady reps]
6. Single Arm Cable Cross Body Curls: 3S/10-12R each side
Compound Set:
7. Bat Row: 2S/6-8R drop 10R [drop set, every set]
8. Plate Curls: 2S/1 minute [alternate 15 seconds reps, 15 seconds iso hold for 1 minute]
Burnout Challenge: Rack Run: 1S/Failure [keep track of reps completed at each weight]
