1/20 Training Day Overview:
Suggested accessory equipment: glute loop band
Warm Up: foam roll, lower body warm up and activation from app.
1. Back Squat: 4S/6-8R [1-2 warm up sets]
2. Hip Thrust: 5S/20R, 15R, 12R, 8R, 5R
Compound Set:
3. Squat Hip Hinge to Goodmorning: 3S/6-8R squat hip hinge + 6-8R good mornings
4. 2 up, 1 down hamstring curls: 6-8R each side.
Compound Set:
5. Goblet Front Box Sumo Squat: 3S/10-12R
6. Dumbbell Toes elevated 1.5 Romanian Deadlift: 3S/8-10R [1 + .5R= 1 full rep]
Compound Set:
7. Single Leg Cable Abductions: 2S/1 minute [30 seconds abductions, 30 second iso hold]
8. Flat Bench Banded Reverse Hypers: 2S/10R bent leg + 10R straight leg + 10R banded lying jacks
Burnout Challenge: Banded Feet Elevated Glute Bridge: 1S/Failure [keep track of reps, check back to week one to find your reps to beat]
