Hi! I'm Sam (she/they), it is so nice to meet you! Understanding the symbiotic relationship between the mind and body drove me to begin my path as a Coach and Teacher. While I run a queer owned & operated small business, I wanted to create an app that I could always come back to! No matter where we transition in life, our health and fitness journey shouldn’t fall behind. I strive to create an environment that feels empowering, safe and limitless for ALL bodies. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
