No matter where we transition in life, our health and fitness journey shouldn’t fall behind.
If I were to write a manual for life, the first word listed would be “balance.”
Balance has been the mantra for everything I do, say, think, eat, & feel…
I used to think that one day I would eventually find it.. the right kind.. the perfect balance.
But it doesn’t show itself easily. You don’t even realize you’re experiencing balance while you’re in it. It takes practice, consistency, discipline, gratitude and so much patience. Finally, after I stopped searching, I realized - it is in me, it is in us. We must embody it. We must create it.
I am, creating balance.
Health is my #1 priority and I’m here to make it yours too! The body benefits from movement and the mind from stillness – I work to create an environment that focuses on the connection between the two.
