This isn't that user friendly if you're actually in the workout. The timer doesn't start automatically for the set, and if.you click the timer from the video it's less time than is reflected on the list, additionally, you have to stop after every set and move the screen to the next. Hiit workout videos should be follow along and progress, no stopping to move the app to the next screen. I'm new to the app, so I'm hoping there are solutions for these challenges I just haven't found yet. So far, the jump rope info is great but the app is not user friendly or built for fitness
