                  Hey there, it’s Ridge Robson here and I’m so happy you’ve discovered my jump rope training app 😁. I hope you’re excited to learn and unlock some awesome tricks with me! First, a little about me… I'm a 3x World Jump Rope Champion and have been in the sport for 15+ years. My specialties are freestyle jumping and power tricks that involve flips. I also have a gymnastics background and love doing any kind of handstand balancing or tumbling! 🤸 My passion for jump rope started at 8 years old when I tried out for a school team. It soon became something I was obsessed with, and I advanced quickly. Competitions took me across the US, and then to world stages where I competed and taught in places like Norway, Portugal, Bermuda, and China 🌎 For me, jump rope has always been a part of my life and my favorite community to be involved in. Today, that community is growing online and anyone, no matter the age or skill, can pick up a jump rope and join! Jump roping provides so many great mental and physical health benefits, but the best part is that it's a fun and portable way of working out anywhere ✅ My career in the sport of jump rope instilled in me the values of health and fitness. Through this app, I want to pass on those values to anybody that is willing to try. I’ve had the opportunity to teach thousands of people, and now I have the chance to teach you!
