If you’re looking for a yummy Christmas recipe! 🎅🏽 This one is a little more time consuming, but they make for the cutest dessert! 🍪🍓

Cookie dough: 

1 egg
3 tbsp. maple syrup 
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup nut butter of your choice 
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk or sub 
1 1/2 cup almond flour 
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 
Handful of mini chocolate chips 
1/4 tsp. salt 

Mix together the wet ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips. 

Brownie batter: 

3 eggs 
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or sub 
1/3 cup avocado oil 
1 tsp. vanilla extract 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 cup almond flour 
1/2 cup regular flour 
1/4 cup cocoa powder 
1/2 tsp. baking powder 
Pinch of salt 

Mix together the wet ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients. Stir well. 

ALL TOGETHER 👇🏼

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray your pan with oil! In a mini muffin pan or regular muffin pan, pour the brownie batter for the base, followed by small balls of cookie dough. Bake for 12 minutes for the mini muffin pan! Let them cool. Add your cutie Santa strawberry hats with whip cream 🍓
