If you’re a Samoa Girl Scout cookie person and you like peanut butter, you have to try these 🤝🏼

Oat Layer:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
1/3 cup peanut butter, melted
1-2 tbsp water, if needed

Chocolate Layer:
3/4 cup chocolate chips 
2 tsp avocado oil 

Coconut Layer:
2/3 cup peanut butter, melted
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 

Top Layer: 
Chocolate drizzle 

In a lined muffin pan, spray each cup with oil. Layer melted chocolate, and then the oat layer, followed by the coconut layer and chocolate drizzle topping. This is all done in 1 step! Do not refrigerate/ freeze in between layering. Store in the fridge when complete 🫶🏼💌
