About Rayna Vallandingham

Hi! My name is Rayna Vallandingham and I have been doing martial arts since I was two years old. Through training internationally, I’ve been able to acquire thirteen world titles in various martial arts events and have become a fourth degree black belt. My passion for martial arts has taken inspiration from my general love of fitness. Although I do martial arts-centric workouts for advanced athletes, I love incorporating these badass martial arts techniques into conditioning and strengthening routines for beginners as well. Not only do martial arts infused fitness workouts tone and strengthen in incredible ways, it’ll improve your capability to be able to defend yourself and be confident in your skills. These martial arts techniques include combat, boxing, kicking, weapons, and more. Additionally, I have been acting and involved in the entertainment industry for over ten years. On-screen fighting choreography is another one my passions and is a fun outlet to be able to perform your martial arts skills. My belief is that martial arts is a physical and mental journey-just as it helped me to evolve as a person, it can completely transform your life as well. Connecting my mind to my body through martial arts has helped me to understand myself in depth and transform my mindsets into those that help me to break through barriers daily. What are the goals of the program?
the goals of this program are to help you become more comfortable being BADA$$. improving your kicking, boxing, and combinations and becoming a certified martial artist! this program will help to tone and increase your endurance, with longer intervals and difficult exercises. your mobility and flexibility will increase with the unconventional martial arts movements, helping to tone muscle groups that aren’t typically exercised.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
to get the best outcome of the program, I recommend giving your all during each exercise. kick with your full power, punch will full intentions, and jump with full extensions. engage each muscle group throughout and increase longevity each time. you can add weights and resistance bands as well to increase the challenge of the workouts.
How to schedule the program into a week?
I do these workouts daily. I enjoy doing HIIT 3-5 times a week and combining them with more technical workouts (included in my level-focused series).
What do I need to participate in this program?
you just need your bada$$ self and you’re ready to participate at your fullest capacity!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
these workouts can be completed by all skill-levels. beginners can kick lower to cater to their level and take each combined movement slower. advanced people with martial arts experience can go at my pace, speed it up, kick higher, and attempt more difficult combinations. modify it to your skill-level while maintaining the challenge!
