• Grab a yoga block, or something similar • Put your heal on the block • Stick your butt out slightly, but keep your back straight • Slightly bend your knee • Keeping your back straight bend forward as far as you can go. Don’t push to hard down • Hold that position for 3-5 seconds • Then switch Legs, repeat for 10 sets on each leg
