• Lay on your back on a comfortable surface • Bring one knee up at a time • Grab around the top of your knee with the opposite side arm • Gently pull your leg to the side (opposite side of the leg you’re using) • Go until you feel your body resist the stop and hold for 10-15 seconds or more • Take your arm on the same side as the leg at use and look in the opposite direction of your leg with it • Repeat each leg 10 times
