- Only moving 3/4 of the way from the top of the movement. 
- Never go all the way down

Partial Lateral Raise

- when rocking up at the top of the movement, never go past 90°. 
- always control the negative 
- go fairly heavy

Seated Rocking Lateral Raise

- keep the core engaged, and don’t hyper extend the lower back

Floor Military Press

- Hold a barbell in front of your body palms facing you
- Raise your elbows up and to the sides, pulling the bar towards your chin
- Keeping the bar close to the body
- Pause at the top, elbows no higher than the shoulders
- Return the bar back to starting position
