Currently unable to perform back bends and side splits. Flexibility is my weakness. Noted areas in need of attention. Good stretch.

This is something to go back to. Especially see myself doing this while I’m vacations. Will there be stretches that particularly target certain areas? Or Wilk they be general in nature. For example- ski season is coming up for a lot of us, then marathon and triathlon season, problem areas for cyclist, etc etc. I know it’s just the beginning and there are TONS more to guide your trainees on
