I haven't done a hiit workout in a while. The only real complaint was a software thing with the app. I figured out how to start the workout after a bit. That may just be user error lol. Pretty hard workout tho! I looked forward to the glute bridges in the first couple rounds, but ended up hateing those too in the last two! Nice one LBP
