Still trying to perfect my form on the hip dips but I’ve grown to love doing cardio on the stair master over a treadmill/running. ❤️❤️❤️ love love love learning from you!

Amazing, effective workout I’ve already seen results! The cardio increase and HIIT style exercises are exactly what I needed. I did incorporate barbell hip thrusts and deadlifts at the end before stairs and abs for more muscle building.

Overall I think it was a pretty good workout, but needs more gluten exercises in supersets.
