Hi, my name is Nona Bayat! I’m so excited for you to be here. I started training at the gym around 4 years ago and it has changed me for the best physically and mentally. On this channel, you will be able to train just like me. I will provide you with my current weekly split, home workouts, gym workouts, and more. Training Requirements

I have workouts for the gym or at home. Moreover, some of my programs would require you to have access to a gym. For at home workouts, all you need is a mat and a resistance band.
