Was literally catching my breath. Didnt anticipate the super short breaks 😩 I was dying after this. Hahaha Also, I had the same feeling of imbalance while doing the glide so opted to no weights during that 😁

After 8 days of not working out, here I am. Decided to move slow and no jumping. What matters is I showed today and get movement done! I love your follow alongs format!

Those unilateral exercises burned really well even with slightly lighter weights than what I’m used to. Kicked my lower half during the holidays! 🙌🏻🍑

Iam sweating and thats good for me! I much prefer the follow alongs. It helps me be more consistent. But I sure do hope I could go back and finish the L+30. Love the challenge of this workout, btw.
