It took literally so much self control to decide not to skip the workout tonight... but with a littler determination we made it, and your super positive coaching made the 15 HIIT go by super fast. Feeling thankful, grateful, and sweaty! 💪

I love that you quickly go over all the exercises at the beginning so if there’s something I know will kill my knees like the burpees, I know I’ll need to modify ahead of time. My two year old was spinning with her toy monkey nearby and kept mimicking you saying “keep moving monkey!!”
