For over 20 years, I’ve been a personal trainer and even had the honor of gracing magazine covers and being on television shows like “The Dr. Phil Show” for my fitness expertise. My fitness journey took me to competitions, where I won titles like Miss Fitness America, USA National Fitness Champion, and earned my IFBB Pro Card!
I love helping others achieve their fitness goals. Life took a surprising turn when I met my husband from England, and we started a family 15 years ago!
Fast forward to perimenopause and kids entering puberty ... not exactly the best combo! But here’s the truth: even fitness enthusiasts like me struggle with weight!
During Covid, I indulged in wine and comfort food , gaining fat and feeling lethargic . My body hurt, sleep was awful, and I lost my sparkle .
Turning 49 was my wake-up call !
I started weight training, cardio, and tracking calories, but I wanted more than just weight loss . I focused on mobility, nutrition , and positive thinking . Guess what? I started doing gymnastics, dancing, and even started breaking lessons!
Now, at 50, I’m feeling more energetic, vibrant, and stronger than ever! That’s why I created programs to help you not only look good but feel energetic and move without pain. Our bodies are not the same as they used to be, so why should our workouts be?
